QATAR are eyeing a good show at the Sixth Asian Shotgun Championship beginning in Abu Dhabi on Wednesday.
The Asian Shooting Confederation-sanctioned event will be held at the Al Forsan International Range.
The event, which attracts the best of shooters from Asia, has a total prize money of $50,000.
The Qatar Shooting and Archery Association has sent a strong 14-member squad, comprising Abdulaziz Saleh Al Attiyah, Rashid Al Mohannadi, Ali Al Ishaq, Hamad Al Marri, Rashid Al Zabi, Mohammad Khajeem, Mohammad Al Rumahi, Nasser Al Hemaidi, Hamad Al Mekhnis, Amna Al Abdullah, Reem Al Sharshani, Kholoud Al Khalas, Hajer Mohammad and her sister Sarah.
The event features 100 shooters from 13 countries and will conclude on November 9.
