Doha: The Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy (SC) is working with Qatar Foundation (QF) to sponsor its first Pre-University Education team’s summer camp, and as part of the collaboration is delivering bespoke Generation Amazing sessions for attendees.
The camp, which is running from July 2-27 in the state-of-the-art Awsaj Academy in Education City, is open to boys and girls aged 6-17.
“We’re delivering the Inclusive Generation module of our Generation Amazing programme to 120 children. With these sessions, we’ll reinforce communication, teamwork and leadership skills with two different sets of students,” said SC’s Corporate Social Responsibility Local & Regional Manager Mead Al Emadi.
The camp has been organised in partnership with a number of local organisations including Al Shaqab, Msheireb Properties, Hamad Bin Khalifa University’s Translation and Interpreting Institute, Weill Cornell Medicine-Qatar, Texas A&M University at Qatar, and Doha Film Institute.
