Drawing on extensive experience working with individuals affected by attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and practicing as an active therapist for speech disorders such as stuttering, language delays, and dyslexia, Dr. Babli is licensed by the Jordanian Ministry of Health (MOH) and Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners (QCHP). He currently works with Aspire Academy’s student-athletes and Qatar’s senior national team football players to help them elevate their sports performance by reaching their full potential.
Neurofeedback is a form of Biofeedback therapy, which has growing in popularity in recent years, particularly in the United States. It’s a learning process that enables professionals to change the physiological activities of their subject to improve their overall physical, mental and emotional health, whilst measuring brainwaves, heart function, breathing, muscle activity and skin temperature. Biofeedback technology may be used to manage few symptoms as well as to improve overall health and wellness through stress management training.
Established in 1981, the Biofeedback Certification International Alliance (BCIA) is endorsed by the Association for Applied Psychophysiology and Biofeedback (AAPB), the Biofeedback Federation of Europe (BFE) and the International Society for Neurofeedback and Research (ISNR). It is the only institute recognized worldwide that grants certification to biofeedback practitioners, making Dr. Bali’s recognition significant.
Its commitment to training tools such as biofeedback highlights Aspire Academy’s focus on enhancing the psycho-physical performance of its student-athletes. The modern methodology adopted by the Academy is based on a holistic view that integrates a number of physiological and psychological variables that influence elite football performance.
